Hotel Terminal - Milan

Opt for a room with a mini fridge, as it enhances comfort for storing snacks and drinks during your stay.

It was a convenient base for our nice stay. The property was in the middle of the city.

For the budget tourist, it is a very good value hotel. Toilet is much better than a lot of 3 or 4 stars hotel(like best western) Bed sheet and towels are exceptional clean(not the carpet floor though) Remember request stay at the back, and not on the first floor, trust me, I did stay in different floors. Hotel stafffs are really helpful.

carpet is old, but you can try to request wooden floor room. Stay at the back side and not on the first floor....

The Hotel Terminal impressed me with its cleanliness and comfort. The room featured new furnishings and provided easy access to Milano Centrale, just a five-minute walk away. The staff members were very helpful, offering transportation tips for local sites. I appreciated the cold buffet breakfast with a wonderful selection of local pastries. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was spotty was nice. The lobby was quite small and lacked a dedicated restaurant, limiting dining options on-site. The noise from nearby trains was also noticeable, especially at night, affecting my sleep somewhat. Good value for the price.

My new choice at Milano

We are travelling on a budget and this is one of the nicer hotels we've been able to stay in. Comfy bed, nice clean bathroom, wifi, and good location close to Central Station (which is what we needed). Parking available for 15 euro a night, which we found was cheap by Milan standards.

Breakfast is not included in the price.

Had a great stay! Clean room with powerful shower, staff friendly and offered helpful transport tips. Proximity to Milano Centrale made day trips easy. Just a bit noisy from the railway, but overall good value!

Double room with TV and excellent air con plus comfortable bed was ready when we checked-in. The breakfast was very very good with the amount of food offered and including hot, as example, exactly what we required.

Huge No-Go is that you have to leave your key card at the reception every time you leave to hotel, but not once was I asked for my name or whatever when they gave me the card back. Literally everyone could have stepped into my room without anyone noticing. Change this!!!

The hotel is just a short walk from central station. We were able to stroll to the amazing duomo in under 30 minutes, soaking in all the city vibes along the way.

Position, price, bathroom are quite good.

The receptionists are rude and not very polite. I checked in before 11 and I politely asked if I could find my luggage in the room but instead they left them unattended in the hall until I came back to the hotel. They speak an horrible english and seems they are very lazy. Be careful with the new Milan tax...2 Euros per day each person.

Close to railway station, clean and comfortable, free wifi is important, very good value for money.

The room was clean, but the bed was super hard for sleeping.

It is a really nice hotel and friendly staff ;) I like the cleanses of the hotel and its location which is near to the train station They r so kind and honest staff, Internet is available in the entire hotel Thank u to all the staff specially the lovely , pretty lady working in the desk for her nice smile ;)

- wi-fi not working in our room - poor drainage in the sink and bath tub - room did not have a bath rope nor tee-kettle as promised - heating did not work as it should have - the hotel provided extra blanket on request - tv channels only in italian with constant interruptions to the signal
